Spyros has more than three years’ experience across real estate, corporate finance, M&A, and energy-transition–oriented investments in the UK and Greece. Prior to joining Sirec Energy, he advised financial institutions and corporates at Grant Thornton, supporting financial modelling, portfolio analytics, IPO-related capital markets advisory, and selected M&A mandates. He has also built exposure through investment and analytical roles, contributing to market analysis and forecasting, valuations, investment assessment, and analysis of operating leverage and long-duration asset economics across multiple operating contexts.

He holds an MSc in Real Estate (Distinction) from Bayes Business School and a BSc (Honours) in Economics & Business Management from the University of Southampton.
